Everything
96 paid fills across 15 preparations, plus the three orders already in flight. Nothing on this page is ranked.
This page is one click from home and gets no help from the ranking that governs Attention. Oldest-paid is a column here, not an order.

Orders in flight
3The two paid prescriptions that cannot be ordered are not in this list. They are on Attention, and an operator working only from this page will never learn they exist.
What this page assumes
- This is the whole working surface and it is subordinate by design. The 96 fills that pay for the day sit one click below five stalls. Stating the cost plainly: this concept ranks the exception above the business.
- Nothing here tells the operator what to do first. Attention absorbed all the prioritisation, so this list is deliberately flat — oldest-paid is a column, not a sort order, and there is no "start here".
- The two stalled prescriptions are excluded from this list, not appended to it. That keeps the surface clean and creates a real blind spot, which is the exact structural difference from a queue-first home that puts exceptions at the top of the same list.
- One row per preparation, all 15 rendered, nothing force-expanded. The measured build renders 62 fully-expanded groups over 13.7 screens at this volume.
- The grouping key is the preparation and stays the preparation through review and onto the order — the measured build regroups by patient in between, which is teardown finding F3.
- At 560 px this table collapses to labelled cards rather than scrolling sideways — the shared fix for finding F4, inherited from the shared stylesheet rather than added here.
