What changed on this screen
- Pharmacist header now matches the ops console chrome (founder feedback).
- The pharmacist navigation is now one tab row, with label approvals visible alongside prescription review.
- The duplicate status pill row was removed so each order has one clear status in the table.
- The mobile navigation now opens with a keyboard-accessible menu button.
- Redundant labels and repeated copy removed (founder rule: nothing said twice).
