Every entry above is reconstructed from rows the application already writes — Events, audit records and access logs. The measured build renders none of them on any screen.
What this page assumes
- The work item, not the order, is the object. A blocked prescription has a page of its own before it belongs to any document. In Concept B this page cannot exist, because the prescription is not yet part of an order.
- The timeline is the answer to "what has already happened". It requires no new data — only rendering what is already recorded. This is the single cheapest high-value change in the whole package.
- Gaps are drawn as gaps. The dashed markers are places the system genuinely cannot report on, not places we forgot to fill in. "No acknowledgement state exists" is more useful than a blank row.
- The blockage carries its exit. Teardown finding F5.1: today the exception states its problem and offers no control to clear it.
- Reaching this page from a patient's email still requires search, which does not exist. Scenario S3 failed identically under all three concepts.
