What this page assumes
- One row per preparation, not one row per fill. The measured build renders 62 fully-expanded groups over 13.7 screens at this volume; this is 15 rows. Individual fills are one level down, not the default.
- The grouping never changes. Preparation is the organising key here, on the review step, and on the resulting order. The measured build regroups by patient in between, which is teardown finding F3.
- Exceptions carry their own resolution control. In the measured build the exception states its blockage and offers no way to clear it (F5.1).
- "Oldest paid" is derived from the payment's own timestamp. No supplier lead time is implied.
- The truncation row is explicit about what it is hiding. Silent caps read as "you have seen everything".
- At 560 px this table collapses to labelled cards rather than scrolling sideways — the shared fix for finding F4.
