What this page assumes
- Tabs are the pipeline, and they replace the subnav. Seven tabs render in this order: To order, Drafts, Sent, Labels, To ship, Stock, All orders. This does not match app/views/ops/shared/_fulfillment_subnav, which has three tabs and exists only on unmerged PR #1059; it is not shipping. There is no separate dashboard: the counts on the tabs are the dashboard.
- Adding tabs fixes Concept B's characteristic failure. Scored as a pure order-first console, the 96 waiting fills were a banner with no row and no destination, which cost 2 clicks in scenario S1 against Concept A's zero. As the first tab they are a peer of the orders, visible without a click and openable with one. The tabbed variant is a hybrid, and this is the specific thing it borrows.
- The attention strip sits at the top of the page content, directly under the tab row. It appears on the order-ledger surfaces; the pile surfaces — Labels, To ship and Stock — do not carry it. A stall is therefore visible only from the ledger surfaces, which is a real limitation.
- The table is still sorted by recency, not staleness. Order #14 has been a draft for 4 days and looks identical to a healthy one; you learn it is stalled by reading the Created column. The Drafts tab makes it reachable, but the ledger does not rank by age the way a queue does. This is the residual cost of order-first and it is real.
- Every value is stored or counted — nothing is estimated. Created and Sent read from the order's own timestamps and actors. No supplier minimum, lead time, or delivery estimate appears anywhere, because no supplier commitment exists that would justify one.
- The mobile layout keeps every field and tab visible. At 560 px the six-column table collapses to labelled cards — the shared fix for teardown finding F4, which measured a 316 px visible container against a 720 px table. At 390 px the tab row wraps to two rows, and the active tab stays fully visible.
- This table and its tabs need PR #926's data model. The Partially received and Received statuses in this table, and the Labels, To ship and Stock tabs, depend on that model. On PR #1059's model an order is only draft or sent, so those statuses collapse and this becomes a four-tab console: To order, Drafts, Sent, All orders.
