What changed on this screen

The form uses the existing location and product data, with no separate inventory record setup.
The old Adjustment and Transfer reason pair was replaced with specific operational reasons.
Transfer guidance explains the required out and in entries next to the reason field.
Redundant labels and repeated copy removed (founder rule: nothing said twice).
