What changed on this screen
- Patient-list actions moved into the single next-step card, with one clear primary action.
- Status and emailed details are combined, leaving three summary tiles instead of four.
- The 30 ordered vials are visible on the page instead of only inside the CSV.
- Shipping state is folded into the patient fills table instead of separate ship cards.
- The relationship between patient fills and shelf stock is explained before receiving.
- The pre-email empty state now says, “Receiving opens once the order is marked emailed.”
- Redundant labels and repeated copy removed (founder rule: nothing said twice).
