What this is
This page is for patients requesting a physician review of MOTS-C.
If prescribed, a licensed pharmacy prepares your compounded medication against a prescription written in your name. Your physician selects the medication, strength and directions.
Starting an intake records your request. It does not guarantee a prescription or replace your physician’s review.

Physician care is $39/month after the first month. The physician-care fee is separate from medication and does not change with your preparation or current dose.

I already take MOTS-C. Can I switch?
Yes, you can request a review and share the medication and dose you currently take. Your physician decides whether to prescribe and what medication and dose to select.
What if I stopped taking MOTS-C?
Include that treatment in your history and explain when you stopped. Keep it separate from what you currently take so your physician can review both.
What if I do not know my dose?
You can say that you are not sure in the intake. If you have your current prescription or label, use it when sharing your medication details.
How much will my prescription cost?
The price ladder shows the available preparations, one-time fill prices and monthly medication prices. The ongoing monthly total includes physician care. Your physician selects the final prescription; choosing a preparation on this page does not place an order or set your dose.
What is the physician-care fee for?
Physician care includes reviewing your history and request, selecting any prescription and dose, and reviewing follow-up questions through your patient message thread. This fee is separate from medication and does not change with your preparation or current dose.
Can I speak with a physician?
The care options include physician review in writing or a video visit, subject to availability. You choose from the available options after completing the intake.
How do I contact my care team afterward?
