How RonanRx handles your information.
Plain-English summary of how RonanRx collects, uses, and protects information from clinics, prescribing doctors, and patients.
What we collect
Only what's needed for the prescription and the pharmacy workflow.
From doctors and clinics: identity, license number, contact information, and clinic configuration needed to route prescriptions and refills.
From patients: identity, contact information, the prescription information your doctor sends, structured intake answers, and (when the program calls for them) records and lab values.
From this website: standard server logs and analytics that help operate the site, with no targeted advertising trackers.
How we use it
To prepare prescriptions and operate the pharmacy.
We use information from doctors to route and verify prescriptions. We use information from patients to prepare patient-specific medication, ship it, and support refills. We use information from the website to operate the website.
We do not sell patient information. We do not share patient information with marketing partners. Protected health information is handled per HIPAA requirements.
Who we share it with
Service providers, your prescribing doctor, and as required by law.
With service providers we use to operate the pharmacy and the website (shipping carriers, payment processors, infrastructure providers), under contracts that limit how they may use it.
With your prescribing doctor, when relevant to your prescription and care.
As required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
