Terms and disclaimers
Plain-English terms.
These terms govern the use of the RonanRx public site and services. They are written to be readable.
Site use
Informational; not a substitute for medical advice.
The RonanRx public site is informational. It does not provide medical advice. It does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. It does not replace the relationship between a patient and their prescribing doctor.
Patients cannot order prescription medication directly from this site. RonanRx prepares medication only on a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber for an identified individual patient.
Services
What RonanRx does.
RonanRx is a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. We prepare patient-specific compounded medication on a doctor's prescription, after pharmacist review.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Availability varies by state and prescribed medication. Pharmacy services are subject to state and federal law and to the supervising pharmacist's professional judgment.
Medical disclaimer
Read carefully if you are a patient.
Compounded medication is prepared on a doctor's prescription. The doctor is responsible for evaluating you, deciding whether treatment is appropriate, and writing the prescription. RonanRx does not prescribe and does not modify prescriptions.
Compounded drugs should not be evaluated using branded-drug trial data. They are not generic equivalents of FDA-approved drugs. The decision to use a compounded drug is a clinical decision your doctor makes for you.
State availability
Some prescriptions cannot ship to some states.
Whether RonanRx can ship a particular prescription to a particular state depends on the pharmacy's license in that state, the prescribed medication, the dosage form, shipping constraints, and applicable law. Currently, RonanRx is not available in Arkansas or California. State availability →
Liability
What we are responsible for, and what we are not.
RonanRx is responsible for compounding patient-specific medication on a valid prescription, in compliance with state and federal pharmacy law and USP-aligned compounding standards.
RonanRx is not responsible for the prescribing doctor's clinical decisions or for outcomes that result from clinical decisions outside the pharmacy's scope. We do not warrant that compounded medication will produce any specific outcome.
Changes
We update these terms when our services change.
The current version of these terms is always available at this URL. Material changes are communicated to active partner clinics. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
