Shipping and delivery
How your medication ships.
Prescribed medication is shipped by the dispensing pharmacy, in temperature-controlled packaging when the medication requires it, only after a valid prescription and pharmacist review. RonanRx is a health technology platform and does not ship medication.
Who ships it
The dispensing pharmacy ships, not RonanRx.
RonanRx does not prepare, dispense, or ship medication. When a doctor prescribes a compounded preparation, the dispensing pharmacy prepares it and ships it to the patient. For convenience, patients may use Elite Care Pharmacy LLC, a separately licensed Texas community pharmacy that works with RonanRx, or another pharmacy if they prefer. Shipping is handled by the pharmacy that dispenses the prescription.
When it ships
After a prescription and pharmacist review.
Nothing ships until a licensed doctor has written a valid patient-specific prescription and a pharmacist has reviewed and released it. Preparation time for a compounded medication depends on the formulation. The pharmacy provides tracking once a shipment is on its way.
Temperature-controlled handling
Cold-chain packaging when the medication needs it.
Medications that must stay within a temperature range ship in insulated, temperature-aware packaging sized to the route and the season. If a shipment arrives damaged or outside its required temperature range, the dispensing pharmacy replaces it at no cost. Do not use a medication that arrives compromised. Contact the pharmacy or RonanRx and a replacement is arranged.
Where shipping is available
Availability depends on your state.
Whether a particular prescription can ship to a particular state depends on the pharmacy's license in that state, the prescribed medication, the dosage form, shipping constraints, and applicable law. Some prescriptions cannot ship to some states. RonanRx is currently not available in Arkansas or California. See state availability →
