Payment and billing

How payment works.

RonanRx bills a recurring program subscription through secure Stripe Checkout. A licensed doctor reviews your information before any prescription is issued. Medication, when prescribed, is billed separately by the dispensing pharmacy.

What you pay for

A program subscription, plus medication if your doctor prescribes it.

RonanRx, Inc. is a health technology platform. Your subscription pays for the platform program: intake, coordination of your information for a licensed doctor's review, scheduling, and ongoing care coordination. Enrolling and paying does not guarantee a prescription. A doctor decides whether care and any prescription are appropriate.

Medication is a separate charge. When a doctor prescribes a compounded preparation, it is prepared and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. For convenience, patients may use Elite Care Pharmacy LLC, a separately licensed Texas community pharmacy that works with RonanRx, or another pharmacy if they prefer. The dispensing pharmacy sets and collects any charge for the medication it prepares.

Secure processing

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. RonanRx does not store full card numbers on its own systems.

The price is shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm. You authorize the charge when you complete checkout. Promotional credits, when they apply, are reflected at checkout before you confirm.

Recurring billing

The subscription renews until you cancel.

The program subscription is recurring. It renews automatically on your billing date using the payment method on file, at the price shown when you enrolled or as updated with notice. You can review the current price in checkout before each new term begins where applicable.

You can update your payment method or cancel at any time. Canceling stops future charges. See our refunds and returns policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Failed payments

If a charge does not go through.

If a payment fails, for example because a card is expired or declined, program access may be paused until payment is updated. We will let you know so you can add a valid payment method. A failed payment does not affect a prescription a doctor has already issued or medication a pharmacy has already dispensed.
