Refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Dispensed medication cannot be returned, for patient-safety reasons. If something goes wrong with an order, the dispensing pharmacy makes it right. You can cancel your program subscription at any time to stop future billing.

Medication returns

Dispensed medication cannot be returned.

For the safety of every patient, prescription and compounded medication cannot be returned, reused, or resold once it has been dispensed and left the pharmacy. This is standard pharmacy practice and protects against tampering and storage that cannot be verified. Please do not mail medication back.

This does not leave you without recourse. If an order is wrong, damaged, or arrives outside its required temperature range, it is corrected at no cost as described below.

Errors, damage, and temperature excursions

Order problems are corrected at no cost.

If the dispensing pharmacy makes a dispensing error, or a shipment arrives damaged or outside its required temperature range, the pharmacy remakes and reships the preparation, or issues a refund for it, at no cost to you. Do not use a medication that arrives compromised. Contact us and a replacement or refund is arranged. See the shipping and delivery policy for how temperature-controlled shipments are handled.

If no prescription is issued

You are not charged for medication a doctor does not prescribe.

A licensed doctor reviews your information before any prescription is issued. Enrolling does not guarantee a prescription. If a doctor decides treatment is not appropriate, no medication is prepared and you are not charged for medication. If you were charged a program subscription and no service was provided, contact us and we will review the charge and refund it where appropriate.

Canceling your subscription

Cancel any time to stop future billing.

The program subscription is recurring. You can cancel at any time, which stops future charges. Canceling does not retroactively refund a term that has already been used.
