The patient profile aggregates structured intake answers, uploaded records, and (when clinically appropriate) lab results. It's organized for the prescribing doctor's review, not for marketing.
Records are linked to the prescription they support, retained per HIPAA and state requirements, and accessible to the patient on request.
Doctor workspace
Decisions surfaced back to the doctor, not at them.
The doctor sees patient charts ready for review, refill prompts on the program's cadence, and follow-up signals from check-ins and lab updates. The cadence is doctor-paced.
RonanRx never prescribes, never approves, and never modifies a prescription. The doctor remains the prescribing authority.

The pharmacist sees the verified prescription, the patient chart, the proposed formulation, and the release checklist. Compounding happens under USP-aligned controls, label proofing, and lot tracking.

Shipping and refill continuity
Temperature-aware when needed. Refills paced by the program.
Shipping is selected per medication, route, and season. Cold-chain when the formulation requires it.
Refills are coordinated with the prescribing doctor on the program's cadence. Patients can pause or move their care to a different pharmacy at any time.
