Business model for doctors
Clean economics. No referral fees.
RonanRx is a 503A pharmacy. The doctor controls clinical decisions. The pharmacy controls compounding and release. The patient sees both fees separately, and patient choice is preserved.
Authority
Doctor and pharmacist, separately.
The doctor controls clinical decisions: what to prescribe, when, and at what dose. The doctor remains the prescribing authority for every patient.
The pharmacy controls compounding and release: prescription verification, formulation review, USP-aligned compounding, and pharmacist signoff before release. The pharmacist has independent release authority.
Fees
Professional fees and pharmacy fees, separated.
The doctor sets and earns the professional service fee for evaluation, prescribing, and follow-up.
The pharmacy charges for compounding, dispensing, and shipping. These charges are separated and itemized for the patient — not blended into a 'monthly subscription' that obscures who's getting paid for what.
RonanRx does not pay referral fees and does not share drug margin with physicians.
Patient choice
Preserved by default.
Patients can route their prescription to a different pharmacy if they prefer. RonanRx works because doctors choose us — not because patients have no other option.
When a patient asks about other options, we tell them. The doctor can route the prescription elsewhere at any time.
The doctor remains the prescribing authority. The pharmacist remains the compounding and release authority. RonanRx does not pay referral fees and does not share drug margin with physicians. Patient choice is preserved where applicable.
