01 Packout
Insulated shipper sized for the medication and the route. Cooling components matched to ambient conditions and transit time.
Shipping and cold chain
When the medication is temperature-sensitive, the package is engineered for the route. We pick shipping windows the package can hold, and we don't release shipments we can't deliver in spec.
Process strip
Insulated shipper sized for the medication and the route. Cooling components matched to ambient conditions and transit time.
Shipment leaves only if it can be delivered in the temperature window the medication tolerates.
Tracked. Notifications when label is created, when shipment is in motion, and when it's out for delivery.
Patients who need to be home for the package are notified ahead of delivery. If something looks wrong on arrival, call the pharmacist on the label.
If a shipment is delayed
If a shipment misses its window or weather makes the route unsafe, we hold or reroute. The patient and the prescribing doctor are notified.
If a patient needs the medication urgently, the pharmacist coordinates a faster path or, where appropriate, transfers the prescription to a closer pharmacy. Patient choice is preserved.
If the package arrives damaged, warm, or with the wrong contents, the patient calls the pharmacist on the label. We replace at no cost.
